For thirteen inspiring years, we have celebrated and championed local artists, encouraging them to unleash their talent and share their unique visions with the world. Through meaningful themes, we have created a vibrant platform for self-expression and showcased remarkable works by artists using charcoal, pen, pencil, crayons, watercolor, markers, and oil pastels. More recently, we expanded the exhibit to welcome digital artwork and photography from artists of all ages.

Our islands are bursting with creative energy that continues to uplift us! With more than 3,000 submissions from hundreds of artists, PAC remains a highly anticipated art contest and a joyful celebration of creativity and community pride throughout the CNMI.
